Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made from Beginner to FPV ("B2FPV", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.
Products & intended use
We sell FPV drone frames, spare parts, 3D-printed parts, and related accessories for hobby and experimental use. FPV flying carries inherent risk — you are responsible for building, operating, and flying your equipment safely and in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply where you fly.
Safety & responsibility
Our products are intended for hobby use by individuals with the knowledge to assemble and operate FPV equipment safely. Assembly may involve soldering and the use of LiPo batteries, which carry inherent risks including fire. You are solely responsible for safe assembly, handling, charging, and operation, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations — including drone and aircraft rules that apply where you fly. If you are a minor, you should have adult supervision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or unsafe operation.
Orders & payment
Orders are placed through our cart (Snipcart) and paid through PayPal, which also handles card and related payment options. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout.
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use the site.
Right to refuse or cancel orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inability to fulfill the order, or uploaded files we cannot or will not print (see below). Where we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll issue a refund as appropriate.
Custom & made-to-order items
Custom 3D prints, custom colorways, uploaded-STL prints, and other made-to-order items are final sale and non-returnable once production begins. Because these are produced specifically for you, we can't accept returns or cancellations after we start work — please double-check your color, size, and file details before ordering.
Customer uploads & STL files
You retain ownership of any files you upload to us. By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that you own it or otherwise have the legal right to upload it and have it printed, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or other rights. You grant us a limited license to use your uploaded file solely to produce and fulfill your order.
We may refuse to print any file that appears to infringe third-party rights or that we consider unsafe or inappropriate. We are not responsible for intellectual-property claims arising from customer-supplied files, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any such claims.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, designs, branding, logos, and our own product designs — is the property of Beginner to FPV and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our permission.
Returns & refunds
All sales are final. Because our items are custom and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your selection, color, size, and file details before ordering.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within a reasonable period — generally within 7 days of delivery — at beginnertofpv@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll work to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right.
Shipping
Orders ship from New York. Any shipping or processing times shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with order volume, custom-print queues, and carrier delays. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. Once an order ships, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands.
Warranty & liability
Unless stated otherwise in writing, products are sold "as is" for hobby use. We do not offer a formal warranty beyond the defective-on-arrival remedy described under Returns & refunds above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, B2FPV is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from the assembly, use, misuse, or crash of products purchased here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
General
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Beginner to FPV regarding your purchases and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier disruptions, natural events, or other circumstances we cannot reasonably foresee or prevent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
